How many people are accepted?
Each cohort is deliberately small so every owner gets direct attention on their own numbers. Applications are reviewed in the order they arrive, and enrollment closes once the cohort is full.
How will I be contacted after I submit my application?
We will respond by email within 24-48 hours.
How long is the application process?
The form takes about 10 minutes. We review applications within a few business days, and most owners know where they stand within a week of applying.
What's my overall time commitment?
Plan on one live session per week for eight weeks, plus one hour of prep between sessions to pull numbers and answer questions about your business. Most of the analysis work is done for you.
Will I have access to a dashboard?
Yes. Your reports, scorecard, and action plans live in one place you can log into during the program and keep afterward.
